How fast will my internet be?
Internet speeds will vary depending on the distance between your location and the LTE tower and the terrain as well.
Will I be able to stream Netflix, Hulu, or other platforms?
In short, yes. It will ultimately depend on the speeds you receive as to the quality of video you can stream.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract. You own the equipment you are purchasing and it is a prepaid service.
Does your service go out frequently?
Our system has one of the highest up-time rates of any internet method with over 99% uptime.
Is your service affected by weather?
The effects of weather are very minimal with our service. Compared to satellite, you will find weather-related system issues to be almost non-existent.
Are exterior Antennas available?
Yes, we do offer exterior antennas and cellular signal amplifiers, they can be useful if your home construction such as a metal roof or siding blocks signal.
Can I take it with me when I travel?
Yes, the service will work nationwide if the carrier network is available in the area of travel.
Can I put my service on hold?
It is a prepaid service so there is no contract. So, you can cancel at any time. To restart service, it would be considered a new account which would require an activation fee.
How far will the wi-fi reach?
The LTE router wi-fi signal will accommodate a medium sized home. But in the event that you need wider wi-fi coverage, you can hook up a mesh wi-fi system in your home or building.
